REFUNDS

Tice, does not offer refunds. 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES!
WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS! We accept exchanges ONLY, within 7 days of the original shipment date. Any returns after 7 days will be refused and sent back to you at your own expense. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must not be used, washed, altered and damaged. All tags must be attached and in the original packaging. Any items that has been returned damaged, worn, and washed will not be eligible for an exchange. 


If you have received the wrong or damaged item, email www.hi.its.tice@gmail.com within 24 hours with a receipt. Failure to email us within 24 hours with a receipt will result in us not replacing the item. All customers are responsible for returning their item. When exchanging your order, please include name, date, order number, and reason for your exchange. You must obtain a tracking number just in case your package gets lost in the mail. Any items that does not meet the requirements will not be accepted. Original shipping fees are NON-Refundable. 

Be mindful, your exchange will not be complete without the item and proof of purchase. Many of our items are at limited quantities, or may be sold out. You will be notified via email of any changes. There are no exceptions to this policy.

SHIPPING

All orders will be shipped within 72 hours. Delivery times does not include Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Orders placed after 3pm EST will be processed the next business day.
